What is true electrolytes or ionophores

True electrolytes (or ionophores) :  

These are ionic in pure liquid state and their melt conducts electricity, e.g., NaCl, NaNo³, K²SO⁴ etc. When dissolved, the solvent tear off the ions from it's lattice, solvates them and makes them mobile.
